Maintains a high level of quality and satisfactory service for both the client and Management Prepares the schedule of managers and department supervisors in coordination with the food and beverage assistant. Supervises and carries out disciplinary actions of trusted personnel. The food and beverage assistant works in coordination with everything related to the union. Conduct Service, Cleaning and Organization Audits in all consumer centers to verify the application of standards Is in the operation of Restaurants and Bars during peak hours or when required.
