En dentsu, estamos en búsqueda de un Programmatic Specialist que sea el responsable de planear, ejecutar, optimizar y analizar campañas programáticas en plataformas como DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr u otras DSPs. Tendrá un rol clave en la estrategia de audiencias, compra de inventario, optimización basada en datos, manejo de presupuestos y aseguramiento de métricas de performance y calidad. Key responsibilities Planear, configurar y optimizar campañas programáticas en DV360 (prioritario) u otras DSPs. Definir estrategias de compra: inventarios, deals, PMP, audiencias, segmentaciones, frequency caps, formatos y KPIs. Administrar y monitorear pacing, inversión diaria y performance para garantizar cumplimiento de objetivos. Implementar estrategias de optimización basadas en datos: viewability, CTR, CPA, ROAS, VTR, eCPA. Configurar y validar tags, floodlights, conversion tracking y eventos de medición. Gestionar deals con publishers, SSPs y marketplaces programáticos. Realizar análisis de audiencias y comportamientos para mejorar la eficiencia de las campañas. Elaborar reportes semanales/mensuales con insights y recomendaciones accionables. Identificar problemas técnicos (discrepancias, tracking, inventario, brand safety) y dar seguimiento con AdOps, verificadores o publishers. Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias, plataformas y mejores prácticas de programmatic. Minimum requirements Lic. en mercadotecnia, publicidad, relaciones comerciales o afín. 1–3 años de experiencia gestionando campañas programáticas. Conocimiento sólido de DV360; deseable experiencia con The Trade Desk, Xandr, Adform u otra DSP. Conocimiento de estrategias de compra programática: Prospecting, retargeting, contextual Deals/PMP, open auction Video, display, native, CTV Manejo de GA4, Tag Manager y Looker Studio. Experiencia con verificadores (IAS, DV, Moat) y métricas de calidad (viewability, brand safety, ad fraud). Conocimiento de audiencias basadas en data providers (1P, 2P, 3P). Habilidades analíticas y manejo de Excel/Sheets intermedio–avanzado. Deseable experiencia con Data Management Platforms (DMP) o CDPs. Benefits Zona de trabajo: Insurgentes Sur, CDMX. Esquema Híbrido.
