About Our Team The Legal Team Help us build the legal team in Mexico Our mission is to act as partners, enablers, and guardians working for NU Mexico´s entry & growth with disruptive legal thinking while influencing the Mexican legal market.
We need a corporate lawyer with expertise in banks.
What we are looking
for 7 or more years experience working for financial entities or as advisor to financial entities. Should have experience in the assessment, development and implementation of financial products, specially deposit and loan agreements, and electronic channels, and strong knowledge of commercial, transparency and product specific regulations. General knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to banks is required, including anti-money laundering, internal control, and other relevant regulations related to the end-to-end life cycle of financial products.
Experience
in sofipos, banks or law firms specialized in financial entities is preferred.
