OverviewDescripción del trabajo: Empresa líder en su ramo solicita: Project Manager. Ingeniero/a en Eléctrica, Electromecánica o Civil con experiencia en Subestaciones y líneas de transmisión.Actividades y responsabilidadesCoordinar al personal de las diferentes áreas dentro del proyecto.Realizar reuniones periódicas de seguimiento internas.Trato con el cliente.Elaboración de reportes para informar a la gerencia y dirección de forma periódica del status del proyecto.Planear, coordinar y supervisar el proyecto asignado para lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos basados en los lineamientos de tiempo y estándares del Sistema de Gestión.Desarrollar estrategias en conjunto con el personal asignado buscando optimizar recursos y reducir costo y tiempo.Informar desviaciones que pongan en riesgo el proyecto y en las cuales la solución requiera una decisión de la Gerencia o dirección.Llevar el manejo de contratos, subcontratos u obra directa.Manejar la relación con el Cliente, CFE y CENACE.Seguimiento de controles de proyecto para detectar áreas de oportunidad y puntos de falla, con la finalidad de dar atención inmediata.Seguimiento al plan estratégico.Autorizar requisiciones de materiales y mano de obra.Elaborar informes generales y específicos para la gerencia según se soliciten.Revisar y autorizar estimaciones de Subcontratos.Elaborar las estimaciones hacia el Cliente y llevar control de pagos bajo contrato.Manejar las bitácoras de Contratos y Subcontratos.RequisitosIngeniería en Eléctrica, Electromecánica o Civil.Experiencia en Subestaciones y líneas de transmisión.Capacidad de planificación, coordinación y supervisión de proyectos; cumplimiento de tiempos y estándares del Sistema de Gestión.Habilidades de comunicación y trato con clientes; manejo de reportes y reportes para dirección.Conocimiento de contratos y gestión de cambios; relación con clientes y entidades relevantes (p. ej., CFE, CENACE).OfrecemosSueldo libre mensual acorde a experiencia, prestaciones de ley, etc.Tipo de puestoTiempo completoSalario$30,****** - $75,****** al mesHorarioTurno de 8 horas #J-18808-Ljbffr
