As a Commercial Associate with Element you can impact the financial success of the business through the ability to secure new business. You will drive revenue and set the course for growth of the business by helping the Sales representative to manage an assigned set of clients and prospects, additionally ensuring that all future clients are strategically developed. Our sales approach is consultative; you must have tenacity to help the operation of the solution for future clients wing‑to‑wing fleet management challenges. Responsible of credit line renewals. Provide general support for the management of procedures relevant to financing. Work together with the Sales Manager for any customer concerns, new business opportunities or special requirements and make sure to do this in a timely manner and in the agreed time. Coordinate with legal team to prepare the contracts for new clients. Request implementation processes with customer experience team to onboard new clients. Follow up on internal approvals across areas credit, legal, closing, capping; actively monitor business opportunities through the Inquiry‑to‑Order process to facilitate and streamline the flow of operations as well as the commercial relationship with each client. Provide support to Managers analysing potential clients and doing market research and working together with them to ensure the achievement of the expected volume for each client. Provide support in the pricing process and preparation of daily fees proposals, risk analysis and legal issues. Follow up with prospects on the checklist and general requirements for credit line authorisations. Education and Experience BS or BA in business or related field required. 1‑3 years in complex B2B sales environment preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services. Demonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading the successful acquisition of new business through a structured process. Preferred experience in a financial services customer‑facing commercial sales position. Critical thinking — can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needs. Drive results by successfully presenting to clients and senior management. Proven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization. Knowledge and Competencies A solid understanding of leasing rates, terms, financing alternatives, billing, vehicle expense reporting, service cards and the proven ability to service and sell to all levels within a client’s organization. Must be a result‑focused self‑starter with a high energy level and the ability to initiate and drive activities independently and reliably. Work with a high degree of urgency and willingly accept responsibility and accountability for account retention and growth. Continue to build and strengthen these relationships with particular emphasis on mapping out the key decision makers and devising plans how we will gain access to them.
