Your tasks Ensure compliance with the client's specific requirements.Ensure compliance with quality norms and standards in the manufacturing process.Address the client's quality complaints, 0 Km and Guarantees, comply with the response time policy through the tools defined by the client or the internal methodology (PMP, 8D's, RedX, etc.)Ensure compliance with the plant's quality indicators through the use of quality tools (Core Tools, BPS, PFM, etc.)Promote a philosophy of zero defects through the definition of preventive actions based on the quality system.Maintain communication with the customer team (Customer Team) to ensure compliance with the quality system from the development of new products.
