Manager, GBS - Manufacturing Finance (SME) Join to apply for the Manager, GBS - Manufacturing Finance (SME) role at Kraft Heinz Position Overview The SKU Analysis and BOM Maintenance SME – GBS will join our Supply Chain Finance team in Mexico City as part of our Global Capability Center. This role will support and work directly with local plant controllers based in North American factories. Key responsibilities include overseeing creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials data, ensuring alignment with corporate financial reporting, cost analysis, and profitability goals. The position involves managing data entered into a labor costing system and serving as the primary point of contact for complex product cost and BOM structure issues. Key Responsibilities BOM Creation / Maintenance – Oversee and manage the creation and maintenance of all new and existing Bill of Materials for manufacturing plants, including calculating and maintaining scrap rates, demonstrated outputs, and labor usage per SKU. SKU Analysis – Analyze SKUs manufactured at multiple plants to identify lowest cost producers and collaborate with scheduling for optimal allocation. Process Improvement & System Support – Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to financial processes and data collection, act as SME for relevant ERP (e.g., SAP) and planning systems, assist with data validation, issue resolution, and user training. Budgeting – Work with plant finance to ensure all production BOMs are correct and up to date, prepare standard cost rolls, and resolve SKU level inconsistencies or errors. Cost Accounting and Analysis – Manage and update standard costs for all components and finished goods, perform regular variance analysis (standard vs. actual costs) and provide detailed explanations to management. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering or related field. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing finance or related field. Technical Skills: Proficient with Excel (Power Pivot), Snowflake, PowerBi, and ability to work with heavy data sets to create, modify and ensure accuracy of complex spreadsheets. Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is considered a plus. Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail; excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment; collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
