Senior Manager, GBS - Manufacturing Finance (Plant Controller)-1 6 days ago - Be among the first 25 applicants Job Title Plant Controller – GBS Band B12 Location Mexico City, Mexico Position at a Glance The Plant Controller – GBS joins the Supply Chain Finance team in Mexico City as part of the Global Capability Center. The role supports local plant controllers based in North American factories, managing financial reporting, planning and accounting activities (budgeting, monthly close, plant productivity). It also supports cost‑reduction initiatives and improves operating efficiencies by translating operational performance into financial insights and recommendations. Responsibilities Support financial results management, highlighting risks and opportunities. Support month‑end closing process in SAP Catalyst. Reconcile plant balance‑sheet accounts. Provide cost forecasting with analysis and productivity pipeline accuracy. Analyze plant KPIs with a focus on cost reduction and operating efficiencies. Maintain financial standards (financial BOMs). Identify and support process‑improvement initiatives via KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management Systems). Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Experience 7+ years in Finance or Accounting Management. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and product costing. Extensive ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA) and/or MBA in Accounting/Finance is an asset. Skills Demonstrated project and change‑management abilities. Strong written and verbal English communication. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment. Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
