Position: Learning Experience Facilitator Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12+ months Mode of Interview: Video Bilingual Trainer / Facilitator – Hospitality Leadership Onboarding Must have: • Proven experience training and facilitating adult learners • Experience onboarding or training people managers, leaders, or executives • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)• Hands-on experience with Saba learning management software • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation best practices • Experience delivering virtual, instructor-led training o Hospitality industry experience, with Hyatt experience strongly preferred o Experience onboarding hotel leadership, franchise owners, or senior managers o Certified Facilitator or similar credential (a plus) Overview We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Trainer / Facilitator (Spanish & English) with a strong background in adult learning and leadership onboarding to support the onboarding of Hyatt hotel General Managers and Franchise Managers. This role will deliver high-impact, virtual learning experiences for experienced hospitality leaders, ensuring a smooth transition into Hyatt systems, standards, and operational expectations. Candidates with hospitality experience, particularly Hyatt brand experience, are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate virtual instructor-led training for adult learners, specifically hotel General Managers and Franchise Managers • Lead structured onboarding programs for new Hyatt leadership, ensuring clarity on brand standards, operations, and expectations • Deliver training in both Spanish and English as needed • Utilize Saba LMS to manage training sessions, assignments, and completion tracking • Adapt facilitation style to engage experienced leaders and adult learners • Create a professional, interactive learning environment that encourages discussion and knowledge sharing • Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve onboarding content and delivery • Track participation and completion metrics and provide reporting using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Required Qualifications • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Availability to work full time (40 hours/week) for a 1-year contract Preferred Qualifications • Strong executive presence and communication skills • Ability to engage and influence experienced hospitality professionals -- Thanks & Regards Mohit Kumar mk@kpgtech.com Contact: 6096638133 KPG99,INC 3240 E STATE ST EXT Hamilton, NJ 08619 Minority Certified
