En Ganem México estamos buscando un Director Creativo para hacer que lo increíble suceda en nuestro departamento Creativo. Descripción del trabajoTu rol consistirá en dirigir y liderar al equipo creativo de la cuenta, participando activamente desde la definición estratégica y planeación de las parrillas de contenido hasta la conceptualización, presentación y ejecución de las ideas. Serás responsable de asegurar la calidad creativa, el enfoque digital y la correcta organización operativa del equipo, impulsando procesos eficientes y soluciones claras.
Buscamos a alguien con visión de liderazgo, capaz de inspirar, tomar decisiones y, al mismo tiempo, involucrarse en la resolución diaria para llevar las ideas a un alto nivel de ejecución. Requisitos del PuestoRapidez. Experiencia en agencia indispensable.
Dominio del idioma inglés, indispensable para presentación, la bajada y la alineación de propuestas creativas con equipos y clientes. Proactivo y responsable. Trabajo en equipo.
