As the Commercial Support Specialist at PennEngineering, you will collaborate with teams that do amazing things.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Client SupportServe as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.Assist customers with product information, order status, and service support.Follow up on customer feedback and ensure issues are addressed promptly.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.Ensure customer master data is accurate and up to date in the system, upload new customers into the systemCoordinate internally with production, logistics, and engineering to provide accurate information to customers.Assist with quoting, order entry, and processing of sales transactions.Support with lead follow-up, client outreach, and proposal preparation.Support track and manage sales opportunities and client records.Ensure system pricing and part information is current and maintained accuratelySupport tracking and management of E & O inventory to reduce financial exposureCommunicate with customers regarding forecast ramp-downs to align supply, avoid overproduction, and optimize inventory.Investigate drops in customer order volumes to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions in conjunction with Shipping & Warehouse Operations Associate.Administrative & Operational SupportMaintain organized records of quotes, customer files, and commercial documentationSupport invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking, and document control needsProvide input for internal reports and presentations for sales and business development teamsAssist with general office tasks and provide backup support for the Warehouse & Material Planner as neededWhat We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Strong understanding of fastener products and their applications in the automotive industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
