JOB DESCRIPTION The Senior Accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned. We are a growing and dynamic company looking for professionals who are able to deliver on their tasks as well as think creatively to problem solve and innovate. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet Coordinate and direct the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections Responsible for cash management, including performing wire transfers, ACH payments Calculate variance from the budget and report significant issues to management Maintain constant communication with CPAs Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various detailed analysis reports Prepare necessary reports and paperwork for year-end audit Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance. Prepare year end workpapers for multiple entities Perform all other accounting duties as required or assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred 3+ Years of experience in accounts payable, account receivable, and data entry Excellent financial analysis skills Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft office (strong emphasis on Excel) Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all time Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado Salario: $20,****** - $30,****** al mes Tipo de jornada: Turno de 8 horas Educación: Bachillerato terminado (Deseable) Idioma: Inglés (Obligatorio) #J-18808-Ljbffr
