If you’re excited about maintaining the financial health of an innovative company and being part of a globally-minded startup, this is your place.**What You’ll Do**- Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations.- Manage vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and internal/external audits.- Prepare and file tax declarations (ISR, VAT, withholdings, DIOT) on time.- Optimize tax obligations with legal and effective tax strategies.- Oversee budgets, costs, inventory, OPEX, and reconciliations across global subsidiaries.- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.- Generate analytical reports to support strategic decision-making.- Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and lead financial policies.- Stay updated on tax/accounting regulations and best practices.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Advanced English proficiency.- Minimum 5 years of in-house accounting experience, ideally with 2 years as a Senior Accountant.- Experience in logistics or related industries (preferred).- Expertise in GAAP and IFRS with experience in consolidated financial reporting.- Experience with or willingness to learn about SaaS/subscription business models (mandatory).- Proficiency in CONTPAQ, Microsoft Excel, and Google Drive.- Experience managing OPEX, costs, and inventory.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.**Bonus Points If You Have...**- CPA certification.- Experience in companies with international operations or subsidiaries.- Knowledge of tools like Power BI or Tableau.**What We Offer**- Career Growth: Clear career path with opportunities for advancement.- Work Tools: Laptop and specialized accounting software provided.- Continuous Training: Ongoing education in finance and regulations.- Additional Benefits: Free parking, breakfasts, and an innovative work environment.**Work Conditions**- Position Type: Full-time.- Location: In-person in Monterrey, Nuevo León.- Availability: Collaboration with international teams as needed.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Bebidas gratis- Descuento de empleados- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Programa de referidosTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 21/06/2025
