OverviewCompany: SCTEK ManufacturingAbout the Role:We are seeking a Senior Accountant (Contador Senior) to support our growing manufacturing / maquiladora operations in Rosarito.This role will manage accounting and tax operations under IMMEX Program, and work closely with our international finance team in Taiwan.ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Operations: Manage full-cycle accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing.Ensure accuracy of financial transactions under Mexican GAAP and internal company policies.Tax & IMMEX Compliance: Prepare and submit tax declarations in line with SAT requirements.Manage IMMEX documentation, audits, and compliance for import/export operations.Liaise with customs and external consultants to ensure compliance with maquiladora regulations.Prepare periodic financial statements, reports, and variance analyses.Consolidate and report results to the Taiwan headquarters in English.Audit & External Coordination: Work with auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies during reviews and annual audits.Support both internal and external audit requests.Regulatory & Policy Alignment: Monitor new accounting and tax regulations in Mexico and ensure company compliance.Support finance policy implementation and process improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.3+ years of experience in accounting or finance (manufacturing industry preferred).Familiarity or experience with IMMEX / Maquiladora operations is a strong plus.Experience with SAT filings, CONTPAQi, or SAP is desirable.Proficient in Excel and comfortable communicating in English and Spanish. #J-18808-Ljbffr
