Join us and help shape the future of connectivity together. Job Description Manage and oversee the HR Business Partner organization in alignment with company objectives and performance indicators. Design and lead HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including labor, safety, and environmental standards. Lead, develop, and coach HR Business Partner teams and other HR specialists. Provide functional leadership to HR Business Partners at the country and site levels. Act as a key contact for operational HR topics and service delivery improvements.
