Join us and help shape the future of connectivity together.Job DescriptionManage and oversee the HR Business Partner organization in alignment with company objectives and performance indicators.Design and lead HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including labor, safety, and environmental standards.Lead, develop, and coach HR Business Partner teams and other HR specialists.Provide functional leadership to HR Business Partners at the country and site levels.Act as a key contact for operational HR topics and service delivery improvements.Qualifications and ExperienceUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.5–10 years of experience in HR management or business partneringTalent management and succession planningOrganizational culture and change managementBenefits: Superior benefits package, Weekly payroll, Major Medical Insurance, Life InsuranceBenefits will be discussed during the interview processPeople of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.LEONI processes your application data in an IT-system that is consistent across the company and uses Foreign Service providers.
