The company operates globally and maintains a strong presence in Mexicali, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and servicesDescripciónGuarantee accuracy of plant financial statements while supporting management decision-making.Evaluate production, labor, and shipping data to establish cost and efficiency metrics, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.Direct month-end close, recurring reporting, and annual budgeting with a focus on precision, timeliness, and actionable insights.Collaborate with plant leaders to identify savings, boost productivity, and measure progress against cost-reduction initiatives.Oversee reconciliation of raw materials, WIP, MRO, and finished goods inventories to ensure accurate valuation and robust internal controls.Track fixed cost absorption and provide early alerts on volume or efficiency impacts.Convert financial outcomes into operational insights, equipping plant teams with clear, actionable metrics.Enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and systems to drive efficiency and transparency.Mentor, guide, and develop direct reports.Contribute to capital projects and continuous process improvement efforts.Perfil buscadoBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).Solid expertise in cost accounting, including standards, variances, and absorption.Familiarity with plant operations and manufacturing processes.6-8 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.1-3 years of proven leadership or people management experience.Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle or SAP.Qué OfrecemosComprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work in a thriving industrial/manufacturing environment.Supportive company that values innovation and collaboration.Permanent position based in Mexicali, offering long-term career stability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
