La posición: Reportando a un Gerente de Inteligencia de negocio, serás responsable de: Analizar datos de áreas operativas, servicio al cliente y pedidos Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Business Analysts, gestionando desempeño, coaching, feedback continuo y planes de crecimiento, asegurando un equipo comprometido y alineado a los objetivos del negocio. Coordinar y supervisar equipos multidisciplinarios en México y Estados Unidos, promoviendo una comunicación efectiva, colaboración cross-functional y una ejecución consistente en entornos globales e híbridos. Diseñar, planear e implementar soluciones avanzadas de analítica y reporting, utilizando datos de múltiples sistemas (ERP, CRM, SFDC) Trabajar directamente con socios del negocio para entender necesidades, analizar datos y generar recomendaciones estratégicas Transformar datos complejos en historias, tendencias e insights claros para audiencias ejecutivas Presentar reportes y análisis en formatos ejecutivos Impulsar mejores prácticas de data management, data governance y eficiencia de procesos Garantizar altos estándares de calidad de datos, gobernanza y buenas prácticas de gestión de información Requisitos Licenciatura y posgrado, con 8 a 12 años de experiencia en Business Intelligence y Data Management, incluyendo al menos 5 años liderando equipos en entornos globales Experiencia previa en la industria de tecnología B2B o en sectores B2B afines Fuertes habilidades en manejo y desarrollo de personal Inglés profesional avanzado (nivel C1 / bilingüe) Dominio avanzado de Power BI y Microsoft Excel
