Descripción del trabajo Web Designer Location: Tijuana General Purpose of the position Trata con la creación y mantenimiento de la identidad visual digital y el diseño de interfaces web. Key Responsibilities Design and produce visual materials (web pages, UI elements, banners, icons, buttons) that are visually appealing, user‑friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. Ensure all design elements enhance user experience and are optimized for various screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile). Create responsive designs and high‑quality digital assets for product campaigns, including social media visuals, ads, and promotional banners. Design motion graphics and interactive elements to engage users and enhance the visual experience. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation and optimize performance across platforms. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure CalienteMx’s digital presence remains cutting‑edge. Requirements 2-4 years of graphic design experience, with a focus on UI design. Proven experience creating visual assets (banners, UI elements, icons) that align with brand guidelines. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma. Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy). Experience creating motion graphics and interactive designs for digital platforms. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively implement assets across platforms. Ability to collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate user needs into effective design solutions. Skilled in managing multiple projects, working efficiently under deadlines, and maintaining high design standards. Portfolio (required).
