Senior User Experience Designer

ENGLISH REQUIRED

JOB PURPOSE:
To provide User Experience Design for a client focusing on digital solutions for both internal and external clients. The position provides opportunities to highlight your user-centric design, research, collaboration, and analytics skills as part of the digital design team, with support and guidance from senior team members.

JOB DUTIES:
The Senior UX Designer is a proactive self-starter who is keen on good user-centric design, has strong analytical abilities and, more importantly, loves to create alongside other people who are passionate about what they do. The Senior UX designer knows the power of compelling experiences and use this to enhance the product they are working on, and since the web space is dynamic, they are masters at coming up with solutions that are responsive to change in the future. More than just crafting solution, the Senior UX Designer is a true advocate for the user. Their creative and problem-solving skills allow them to architect products that deliver value and solve business problems across various platforms.

A Senior UX Designer is a high-performing and enthusiastic individual who is a fully engaged partner and an integral part of our fast-growing digital team. The Senior UX Designer is an expert in making use of their wealth of experience to create satisfying and compelling user experiences drawing from user research and workflow analysis. As a valuable member of the UX team, the Senior UX Designer has advanced skills in all aspects of information architecture, content, controls, and user research, will mentor junior designers, and maintains the highest level of quality throughout the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead collaboratively with our UX Designers, UI Designers, Front-End Engineers, and Product
- Ability to lead brainstorming and concepting sessions that lead to exceptional user experiences
- Express ideas or conveys concepts to the teams
- Ability to come up with a UX patterns that travel across all platforms
- Ability to evaluate design solutions through user testing
- Clearly and articulately express ideas or conveys concepts to the teams
- Lead and review the work of junior UX Designers

Basic Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree with an emphasis in UX Design, HCI, Human Factors or related areas of study; or work experience of 5+ years in a UX design-related position
- Professionally crafted online portfolio
- Talented at crafting UX assets such as sitemaps, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
- Advanced knowledge of current design tools
- Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint
- In depth knowledge of UX methodologies related to user and workflow research, interviews and surveys, and the ability to use the information to make data-driven design decisions
- Experience in creating new products and improving existing ones
- HTML/CSS knowledge (desired)
- Strong background in UX design for digital products
- UX portfolio showing wide variety of product/UX design
- User testing and research experience
- Examples of driving ideas/solutions to completion

Pay: From $42,000.00 per month
