DescriptionThe Lead - FP&A is responsible for financial analysis and performance as trusted business partner at the regional level. This individual is responsible for all financial analysis and process implementation to drive performance and business gaps visibility across the Hispanics and Mexico BU, through financial rituals and routines, as well as providing overall financial and reporting support to the Business Unit CFO and Vice President, and to the Zone team. This individual also leads the budget process and monthly routines, for the BU and strategic planning.Activities :Strategic partnership for Hispanics and Mexico BU including standard and ad-hoc analysis, driving insight on business gaps to plan and benchmarksDrive BU planning and forecasting processes including monthly Kraft Heinz Integrated Business Planning Process, major forecasts, Strategic Plan, and Annual Operating PlanProvide linkage to enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives and leverage best practices to improve, streamline and harmonize internal processesAnalytical ownership on business results and achieving financial targets (e.g. trade opps / risks, A&C efficiencies, etc.)Strategic planning, modeling, analytics and preparation of management summaries / presentationsAnalytical driver on BU strategic initiatives and tracking (e.g. innovation, productivity, Capex, etc.)End-to-end P&L management including supporting to enable effective decision making.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business requiredMinimum 7+ years relevant work experience; preferably in category, corporate FP&A, and / or BU finance experienceA strong drive to learn and willingness to assume senior-level responsibilityDemonstrated ability to multitask and make key decisionsDemonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumenExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcel technical skills along with systems agilityAdvanced EnglishAbility to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficienciesStrong Technical and Systems orientationMotivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesPossesses the ability to lead teams and effectively work through othersTeam player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management, in some cases without authorityLocation(s)Mexico, D.F. #J-18808-Ljbffr
