Sobre el rolBuscamos a una persona dinámica y estructurada que combine habilidades operativas, de análisis y de marketing. Este rol tendrá un impacto directo en el crecimiento de Innovamat en México, asegurando tanto la excelencia operativa como la presencia de Innovamat en eventos educativos. Asimismo, estará en contacto directo con directivos de colegios en México, asegurando la continuación de la propuesta en los colegios clientes y generando nuevas oportunidades.ResponsabilidadesDiseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento a planes operativos y comerciales para asegurar el cumplimiento de métricas y objetivos de revenue. Asegurando que los colegios continúen implementando la propuesta educativa de Innovamat.Analizar datos (CRM, métricas de negocio, marketing) para generar insights y proponer estrategias de mejora.Coordinar y dar seguimiento a proyectos internos y externos, actuando como project manager.Planear, coordinar y ejecutar eventos de Innovamat en México (desayunos con directivos, talleres, visitas a colegios, ferias y congresos educativos).Asegurar la participación de Innovamat en eventos nacionales de educación matemática.Apoyar al equipo de ventas y marketing en iniciativas de generación de demanda y posicionamiento.Monitorear procesos operativos para garantizar orden, estructura y eficiencia en la operación diaria.RequisitosLicenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing o afín.Experiencia en roles de operaciones, project management, business analyst, marketing, o similares.Manejo de Google Sheets/Excel.Experiencia con Salesforce u otros CRMs (deseable).Alta capacidad analítica para extraer insights de datos y proponer estrategias.Organización, atención al detalle y habilidad para ejecutar proyectos de inicio a fin.Pasión por la educación y motivación por transformar la enseñanza en México.Experiencia en empresas en crecimiento/startups es un plus.Lo que ofrecemosImpacto real: oportunidad de transformar la enseñanza de las matemáticas en México y Latinoamérica.Entorno dinámico: un espacio en constante evolución y crecimiento, con proyectos que combinan operaciones, marketing, ventas y estrategia.Crecimiento profesional: exposición a un ecosistema educativo en expansión, y crecimiento nacional.Beneficios competitivos: salario competitivo, 24 días de vacaciones + semana en invierno, SGMM, planes de bienestar y más prestaciones diseñadas para enriquecer tu experiencia laboral. #J-18808-Ljbffr
