Objetivo del Puesto : Desarrollar, liderar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para expandir las operaciones de la empresa en mercados nacionales e internacionales, fomentando asociaciones estratégicas y asegurando un crecimiento sostenible en la venta de células y paneles solares. Requisitos del Puesto Educación : Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Energías Renovables o campos relacionados. Se desea maestría en Administración de Empresas (MBA) o un posgrado relacionado. Experiência Laboral : Mínimo de 8 años de experiência en desarrollo de negocios, ventas o áreas comerciales, preferiblemente en el sector de energía o manufactura tecnológica. Experiência comprobada en negociar contratos de alto valor y desarrollar alianzas estratégicas. Conocimientos Técnicos : Comprensión profunda de la industria solar y las regulaciones energéticas en México. Conocimiento de modelos de negocio para proyectos fotovoltaicos (PPA, financiación, ROI). Dominio avanzado de Excel, CRM y herramientas de análisis de mercado. Habilidades y Competencias : Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación. Pensamiento estratégico y enfoque orientado a resultados. Capacidad para liderar equipos multidisciplinarios. Inglés avanzado (obligatorio); idiomas adicionales son una ventaja.
