Experience 3 Years in Teaching at the Secondary level 3 years in a Coordination position. Functions Preparation of schedules, study programs, indicators of the corresponding area, attention to students, logistics of events, academic and teaching meetings, review of planning for teachers. Coordination of activities of teaching and administrative staff. Organization and design of class schedules. Supervision and support of the personnel in charge. Attention to parents. Academic monitoring of students. Problem solving, Leadership Characteristics 100% English language proficiency, knowledge of the International Baccalaureate program, Knowledge of the MUN, Computer skills, Google platform and Google for Education, Knowledge and skill in using the G Suite: Classroom, docs, sheets, slides, drive, gmail, calendar, hangouts, forms, google and additional digital tools. Advanced English. Warmth and appreciation for young children, Related to the institutional philosophy. Empathy, Ease of speech, Service attitude, Proactive, Teamwork, Conflict management, Commitment, Analysis of data and information, Excellent social treatment, Work under pressure and Personal presentation.
