Vacante para la empresa Asian global leading manufacturer, developer and distributor of medical devices en Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México : Asian global leading manufacturer, developer and distributor of medical devices requieres : JuniorMedical devices Logistic Coordinator LATAM Position Summary Support to the coordination of logistics and and the supply chain, according to the corporate policies and to the national and international legislations, in order to deliver the products to the customer. Main Accountabilities Follow up to shipments Send shipping instructions and commercial invoice to the supplier according to customer guidelines Follow up all communication with customer regarding their shipment and communication with suppliers to ensure shipment at agreed times To fulfill with the annual target Process Purchase Orders- Check the products availability date- Create an Order Confirmation (AO Acknowledge Order) Through an excel file which synchronizes with the system and shows the estimated availability dates of each product. Depending on the Incoterm, the freight or insurance are added into this order confirmation. So, the Customer knows estimated shipping time and can assess whether these dates work to meet their sales commitments.
