We are seeking a highly motivated Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our team.Our Client is one of the United States' largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C). Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.A solid and innovative company with a strong market presenceContinuous learning and developmentThis team oversees the sales/marketing strategy for our website, including driving organic traffic through search engine optimization (SEO), deploying continual A/B and MVT experiments to improve site performance, and managing the content across the site.A Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist is responsible for improving our website's visibility on search engines like Google to drive organic (non-paid) traffic. They play a critical role in executing our digital marketing strategy.Enhancing website elements such as meta tags, titles, headings, content, and URLs to improve search rankings.Technical SEO : Ensuring the website is technically sound by optimizing site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and resolving issues like broken links or duplicate content.Content Strategy : Guiding the creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.Monitoring website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software, and reporting results to stakeholders.Over 4 years of experience in Marketing/Sales or related field, with a focus on similar responsibilities.Experience managing projects in a development or implementation environment.Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing or related field.Fluency in EnglishSEO best practicesSEO content strategyMarketingSoftware / ToolsGoogle AnalyticsSEO Clarity / Brightedge / ConductorPower BIExcelOffice SuiteA competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based).Private Health Insurance.Training & Development opportunities in partnership with renowned companies.
