About the Role
We're looking for a SEO Specialist to accelerate EBC's organic growth and strengthen our digital presence across LATAM. This role will be responsible for optimizing web, blog, and video content to improve discoverability, traffic quality, and lead generation — ensuring our brand ranks where it matters most.
You'll collaborate closely with the Content and Performance teams to connect SEO insights with campaign strategy and audience behavior
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to LATAM markets.
· Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content optimization.
· Collaborate with Content and Design teams to ensure SEO alignment in every asset.
· Optimize on-page and technical SEO (metadata, link structure, site performance).
· Support YouTube SEO and content discoverability for webinars and video series.
· Track KPIs such as organic traffic, CTR, and conversion rates.
· Produce monthly SEO performance reports and actionable recommendations.
· Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
What We're Looking For
· 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (on-page, off-page, and technical).
· Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Analytics.
· Strong understanding of content marketing and keyword intent.
· Experience in multilingual or LATAM markets is highly desirable.
· Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
· Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
