Cuenta con un paquete integral de beneficios desde tu primer día laboral. Lo Que Harás Procesamiento de llamadas entrantes. Realizar llamadas a clientes, dependiendo del volumen. Mostrar tus habilidades interpersonales y de solución de problemas. Operar las llamadas de manera rápida y cortés. Actualizar continuamente tu conocimiento de los productos, cuentas, representantes, herramientas y sistemas dispensadores de Ecolab. Capturar con precisión la llamada mientras hablas con el cliente. Procesar pedidos, solicitudes y referir información a nuestros clientes. Desarrollar habilidad técnica y mecánica para ayudar a los clientes y al personal de campo con los problemas del sistema dispensador. Lugar de residencia deseado: Estado de México / Ciudad de México Lugar de trabajo: Cuautitlán Izcalli, Estado de México Horario laboral: Lunes a Viernes de 08:30 a 17:30 Requisitos Indispensables Certificado de preparatoria o equivalente, Carrera técnica en administración o afines o Licenciatura trunca o terminada en Administración o afines. Manejo del software Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access y Outlook). Manejo de SAP.
