On the strategy side, we rethink promotional approaches, build scalable systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and user experiences—always grounded in data. If you’re a self-starter who leads by example and thrives on ambitious challenges, let’s talkRole ResponsibilitiesRethink how we approach promotions in food delivery.Build a scalable system to make promotions more appealing and cost-effective.Create a clear and engaging experience for our partners.Gather data insights and collaborate with teams like customer service, product, users, etc.Suggest improvements for our product and user experience.Dive into data, propose solutions, test them out, and refine as we go.Make sure that all the strategy is properly executed.Design the promotion tools and product features necessary for the strategy.Responsible for the campaigns and activities to better engage with restaurants and eaters.Role Qualifications+4 years of experience in Top Strategy Consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain & Company, Boutiques)Creative problem solver.Self-starter and go-getter.Excellent Analytical SkillsAble to communicate something complex in simple wordsLove to take decisions through dataExcellent Presentations skills - you love think-cellLead by example and support rather than through delegationAmbitious to tackle "Climb the Everest" type challengesMBA from a Top UniversityMachine Learning and Inferential Statistics KnowledgeExperience working with marketplacesEEO StatementWe are committed to building inclusive and diverse teams.
