Tener la oportunidad de construir una carrera satisfactoria. Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician ensures that the production machinery and equipment are always operating optimally. Essential Functions Prevent, repair and fix plant machinery and equipment failures. Be knowledgeable and involved with the utility, injection, blow molding, filling, labeling and palletizing areas. Develop operational and equipment failure analysis skills. Generate root cause analysis to identify potential and recurring problems in machinery and equipment. Innovate equipment maintenance processes. Maintain and care for the product quality process. Communicate any problems, deviations and/or abnormalities with equipment. Implement high safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices within the plant. Ensure that food safety practices and any applicable SQF System requirements are maintained. Communicate any deviations, problems and/or abnormalities with equipment, processes and products. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 4 Years - Experience in Field or similar maintenance environment 4 Years - Experience in Position 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects Experience may include a combination of work experience and education Preferred Qualifications: 6 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment 6 Years - Experience working in Position 6 Years - Experience managing people/projects Experience may include a combination of work experience and education Competencies Knowledge in areas of injection, blow molding, filling, labeling, packaging and/or automation.
