Inter-Con specializes in providing customized security services to clients whose needs exceed the capabilities of traditional guard firms. Clients include the Departments of State, Justice, Homeland Security, Energy, and Defense, as well as Fortune 500 companies, major public utilities, and ultra-high net worth individuals. Our company is growing, and we’re in search of a recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for our US corporate (English only). This position is 100% on-site, and we’re looking for someone local to Mexico City. If you live in the area, speak 100% fluent English, possess strong Boolean logic experience, and are eager to join a growing team, this is the job for you Responsibilities Use traditional resources, such as LinkedIn and Indeed, to identify, attract, and source quality applicants. Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Utilize MS Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint proficiency. Qualifications Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean logic (required). Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision.
