Payroll Specialist Job Description The key objective of this role is to ensure the seamless execution and validation of biweekly payroll, guaranteeing full compliance with legal regulations. This position requires a highly skilled professional who can effectively manage fiscal and operational payroll functions. Key Responsibilities: Operational Payroll Management: Execute and validate biweekly payroll, manage annual processes, and control deductions related to employee loans, alimony payments, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. Fiscal Compliance: Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and tax requirements. System Management and Continuous Improvement: Manage payroll systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy. Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes to minimize errors and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with analytical thinking and a risk-based approach to payroll management. They must be able to analyze complex payroll data, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
