Required Skills And Experience Knowledge about Payroll, Offboarding and Accounting Processes Experience with payroll programs and MS Office Suite High degree of professionalism and ability to communicate with various levels of management Good understanding of employment law, regulatory and legal compliance to meet country specific requirements Good problem‑solving and analytical skills, sensitive to data and detail orientated Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Preferred Skills And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business and Human Resources Previous experience in a similar role of at least 2-3 years Basic knowledge in other HR processes such as Compensation, Benefit, Talent Acquisition etc. Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
