Regions: Americas, EMEA, AsiaAs a Senior Sales Manager, you will ensure, together with your team, that Hana meets sales and business development goals that contribute to the overall success of company growth in assigned territory (US, EU, or Asia). Manage many key activities to enhance Hana’s already-strong presence in RFID and other microelectronic products while fostering business relationships with key customers instrumental in Hana’s growth.We are looking for energetic, intelligent people who love a changing work environment, who enjoy overcoming challenges, and care about what they do. What we do matters We have a clean manufacturing environment and a laid-back, friendly, collaborative, and supportive culture.Responsibilities:Oversee Hana’s products, projects, and activities to ensure completion within scheduled period and budgetProvide effective management to organization’s business activities related to strategic and financial growthCreate new strategies for marketing and monitoring QC/QA measuresBuild effective relationships with customers globally to maintain and develop strong revenue increasePerform efficient finance managementPerform review of equipment, system layouts, and validationResponsible for training, mentoring, and motivating staff when necessary for effective performance and growthDevelop business unit strategies for promotional activitiesAnalyze and explore market trends, identifying new territory and global opportunitiesCoordinate with other Hana teams to develop plans for launching and implementing new productsDevelop and communicate internal expectations and vision of Hana growth relevant to Hana’s corporate vision and goalsCollaborate across all business units to integrate objectives for organizational growthProvide monthly product and revenue forecasts to Hana leadershipSupport New Product Development and Customer Service with input on product strategies to position customer needs with the voice of the customer requirementsAttend and provide logistical support for tradeshows and industry meetingsManage large-scale projects that will encompass sales, marketing, finance, legal, intellectual property, budgeting, product/business planning, and technical issuesOther duties as assignedSuperior organization and problem-solving skillsMicrosoft Office productsCreative thinking – ability to develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the companyDecision-making skills: the ability to analyze information and evaluate results to make the best decision in solving problemsAbility to handle complaints and resolve disputes/conflictsMotivating skills: encourage and build team spirit among staff to build mutual respect and cooperationDemonstrated ability to create successful sales and business development programs and messages for technology productsCapability to analyze emerging markets, drawing on a broad set of sources to develop conclusions and recommendations for strategy and tactics preferredKnowledge and skills to develop and evaluate business cases around RFID product offerings preferredExperience and knowledge of engineering and applications preferredAbility to travel globally as necessaryAbility to stand for long periods and navigate all production areas as necessaryApply nowWe’re looking forward to your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
