Job Purpose and OverviewDawn Foods is a global leader in bakery manufacturing and ingredients distribution.As the partner of choice for inspiring bakery success, we help customers grow their business through meaningful partnerships, research-driven insights and innovations, and products and expertise they can depend on.As a family-owned company, our commitments to our people, products, customers, and corporate values, are all part of our recipe for success.What You'll Do as a Systems Analyst at Dawn FoodsLead the configuration and optimization of SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central modulesUtilizing CPI and API , oversee and design the integration of Employee Central data with other business systems, including US and global payrollCreate and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide key HR metrics and analytics :Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely mannerDevelop, test, and deploy custom solutions and enhancements :Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practiceProvide technical input to improve HR processes and workflowsProactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environmentImplement and monitor security measures to safeguard sensitive HR informationCollaborate with global and cross-functional teams & key end users to clearly define requirements aligned to HR processes & user experienceChampion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that HR systems are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of diverse user groupsContinuously monitor industry trends, user feedback, conduct retros, and internal processes to identify areas for improvement and drive ongoing enhancements to HR systemsWhat Does It Take to be a HCM Systems Analyst at Dawn Foods?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.5+ years of proven experience in configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors RCM / RMK, ONB 2.0, and Employee Central modules , including developing advanced business rules and workflowsStrong proficiency in CPI, API, and Integration CenterProficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools and analyticsExperience with IAS, Work Zone, EC Service Center, and People Analytics Stories is preferredAbility to communicate effectively in English :In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee data managementExperience collaborating with third party vendorsAbility to use business knowledge, sound judgement, and resourcefulness to design and deploy highly reliable and sustainable technology solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholdersAbility to understand business and technical issues and influence decision-makingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurationExperience working on project teams with both Agile and waterfall methodologyAbility to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to convey technical information in an accessible and understandable mannerMicrosoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePointSuccessFactors certification or SFX accreditation in Recruiting, Onboarding and / or Employee Central is highly desirableAn Equal Opportunity Employer.Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degreeAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity / gender expression, citizenship status, military or veteran status, genetic information or any other status or condition that is protected by applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
