Workday HCM Analyst / Specialist- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Timekeeping, Compensation).Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and improve processes.Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy.Support Workday integrations and upgrades.Provide training and create clear documentation.Suggest and implement process improvements.2–3 years' experience in HRIS / ERP systems, preferably Workday.Hands‑on experience configuring Workday HCM modules.Knowledge of Workday tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Integrations, BIRT, reporting).Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.Workday HCM certification is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
