Job Description Liderar el prceos de S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), gestionar la demanda y definir el programa maestro de produccion (MPS) alineando la demanda con la capacidad de produccion, los recursos disponibles y las prioridades estrategicas de la planta. Facilita la toma de decisiones operativas y tacticas a traves de una planificacion precisa, colaborativa y alienada con el negocio. Job Requirements Liderazgo transversal Pensamiento Estrategico Persuasión Analisis de Problemas Trabajo en Equipo Iniciativa y proactividad - Dinamismo Additional Information Coordinar y liderar el proceso mensual de S&OP, asegurando la calidad del analisis Consolidad la informacion de la demanda, capacidad, restricciones operativas para presentar escenarios y propuestas Documentar acuerdos, decisiones, y acciones derivadas del proceso S&OP Recibir y validar la demanda del cliente Identificar brechas entre demanda y capacidad disponible, proponiendo soluciones viables Desarollar mantener y ajustar el MPS Asegurar que le MPS sea factible operativamente considerando las restricciones.
