Our employees play a key role and can contribute to more sustainable fashion, today and in the future.**Job Description**:The Content Production Lead will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by securing the creation and distribution of paid media and store content. The role will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity. The role is responsible for planning and coordinating all content for store communications and paid media in tight partnership with the regional production hub, media agencies, and store visual teams.This position is **based in Mexico City** and reports to CX Operations Manager Mx Co Ec.**Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to**:Content Planning- Anticipate asset production needs for the paid media and store channels through consistent awareness and understanding of daily customer communication plans- Secure awareness of global channel playbook guidelines, available media ad formats, and available store signage formats- Collaborate with Media Leads and local media agencies to support with the implementation of store activities and paid / bought mediaContent Coordination - Paid Media- Brief and coordinate media asset needs with our local media agencies and the RPH, and serve as key point of contact for any queries about ad formats and assets- Partner with global Marketing & Communications Agency teams / Production Managers to secure full understanding of paid media campaign requirementsContent Coordination - Store Communications- Understand global store communications strategies, guidelines, and placements for printed material and digital screens- Brief and coordinate POS asset needs with RPH and NCG team- Brief Store Visual team on POS plan and quantities per campaign to ensure the ordering and execution of store material- Share local needs for digital screen content with RPH- Collect input and feedback from stores and Visual teams on in-store material and asset allocation and share with relevant stakeholders**Qualifications**:**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:- **Spanish & English fluency required**:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Media roles- Experience with production and content planning for multiple channels- Competence within digital/tech and omni ways of working preferred- Expert in formats and assets required for paid media (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print)- Understanding of printed formats and communication used in retail stores- Understanding of local media landscape and media agency operations- Highly structured, organized, and efficient- Strong verbal and written communication skillsAdditional InformationWe believe in a culture where we succeed as one team.
