About The Role We are looking for a growth‑focused B2B marketer with a strong foundation in paid media and marketing automation. You will drive qualified leads to our nearshore staffing solutions using paid strategies and HubSpot automation. Key Responsibilities B2B Media Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive media plans targeting decision‑makers at startups and enterprises. HubSpot Ownership: Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert, building workflows, lead scoring models, and attribution reports that connect ad spend to closed client deals. Market Research & Innovation: Conduct deep analysis to identify where our target audience consumes content and explore emerging B2B trends and new channels. Sales Enablement: Advise New Business and Account teams on budgets and strategies to support pipeline goals. Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee paid media campaigns with heavy focus on LinkedIn Ads (Account‑Based Marketing) and Google Ads (high‑intent search). Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies to ensure alignment with our strategic vision. Full‑Funnel Analytics: Track KPIs beyond clicks – MQLs, SQLs, cost per discovery call, pipeline velocity. Optimization: Analyze data to refine audience segments and improve lead quality. Budget & ROI Management: Manage media budgets, forecast pacing, and identify cost‑saving opportunities. Skills & Qualifications 4+ years in B2B performance marketing or media buying, preferably in Staffing, Recruiting or SaaS. Deep HubSpot Marketing Hub experience (workflows, landing pages, list segmentation; integrations). HubSpot certifications preferred. Paid media expertise: LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads. Analytical mindset: proficiency in GA4, HubSpot Reports, LinkedIn Insights Tag. Strong communication: explain complex data to non‑marketing stakeholders.
