About the Role

We're looking for a
Growth Marketing Manage
r who can bridge strategy and execution—someone who understands that your website isn't just a digital brochure, it's your most important growth lever.

This isn't a traditional strategist role. You'll be leading end-to-end web projects: from defining site goals and information architecture to writing conversion-focused copy and optimizing funnels. You'll work directly with clients to understand their business and users, while coordinating design and development teams to deliver results that actually move metrics—not just look pretty.

You'll work directly with founders, CMOs, and product leaders at some of the most exciting startups in the U.S. and Latin America. Your success will be measured in conversion rates, CAC reduction, and funnel improvements—not deliverables or hours logged.

Your Career Growth Path at Meaningful

Months 1-12: Web Growth Strategist

Lead website projects, optimize conversion funnels, develop copywriting and positioning skills, master CRO fundamentals, and build client relationships working with Orlando, Ali, and Alberto.

Months 12-24: Senior Web Growth Strategist

Own strategic accounts, lead complex multi-channel growth initiatives, mentor junior strategists, develop proprietary frameworks, and drive measurable revenue impact for clients.

Months 24-36: Growth Marketing Manager

Lead growth service line, manage team of strategists, own revenue targets, develop Meaningful's growth methodology, and build thought leadership through speaking and content.

Responsibilities

Lead Website Strategy Projects

  • Define site goals, information architecture, content hierarchy, sitemaps, and user flows that align with business objectives
  • Conduct discovery with clients to understand their business model, users, and growth challenges
  • Translate business requirements into strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps
  • Present strategies to C-level stakeholders with clear rationale and expected outcomes

Manage Cross-Functional Execution

  • Lead projects from discovery through launch, managing timelines and coordinating design and development teams
  • Navigate trade-offs between business needs, user experience, and technical constraints
  • Run client kickoffs, weekly check-ins, and post-launch reviews
  • Ensure quality delivery while maintaining team velocity

Drive Conversion & Growth Optimization

  • Design and optimize growth funnels from acquisition through conversion and activation
  • Develop landing page strategies for paid campaigns that maximize conversion rates and minimize CAC
  • Run A/B testing programs: hypothesis development, implementation, analysis, and iteration
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics to identify drop-off points and opportunities
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to align landing experiences with campaign messaging

Own Copywriting & Product Positioning

  • Lead copywriting strategy for web properties: messaging hierarchy, value propositions, conversion-focused copy
  • Develop product positioning and messaging frameworks that translate features into customer benefits
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints: landing pages, website, emails, ads
  • Write and edit copy that converts, not just copy that sounds nice

Build Growth Systems

  • Create repeatable frameworks for landing page testing, funnel optimization, and performance tracking
  • Document processes and best practices for the team
  • Identify opportunities to scale what's working across multiple clients

Required Skills

Growth Marketing & Strategy Experience

  • 4+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital strategy, SEO or related roles
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates and reducing acquisition costs (bring the numbers)
  • Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, landing page optimization, and conversion psychology
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Website Strategy & Project Leadership

  • Experience leading web projects
    from strategy through execution, managing timelines and cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of website strategy: site goals, information architecture, content hierarchy, sitemaps, user flows
  • Comfort working with designers and developers—you can hold informed conversations without being technical yourself
  • Client management skills: you can navigate difficult conversations and manage expectations

Copywriting & Positioning

  • Strong copywriting skills
    for web and marketing—you can write compelling value propositions and conversion-focused copy
  • Product marketing experience developing positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies
  • Editorial judgment: you can tell good copy from great copy quickly
  • Understanding of conversion psychology and persuasive writing techniques

High Agency & Systems Thinking

  • You think in experiments and learning velocity, not perfect launches
  • Can look at a conversion funnel and immediately spot opportunities
  • Know the difference between statistical significance and business significance
  • Take ownership: when something isn't working, you fix it (or build a better system)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch

Suggested Skills

  • Experience with paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Background in CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.)
  • Understanding of technical SEO and how organic acquisition fits into growth strategy
  • SaaS, fintech, or tech startup experience (especially unicorns or high-growth companies)
  • Experience with product-led growth or self-serve conversion funnels
  • Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or modern CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of heatmapping/session recording tools (Hotjar, FullStory, Clarity)
  • Experience with marketing automation or email marketing platforms
  • Background in product management or UX/product design
  • Any certifications in CRO, growth marketing, or digital analytics
