We are still expanding globally, committed to bringing innovative solutions and new opportunities to traders around the world.About the RoleWe're seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms and build strategic partnerships with trading industry influencers. This role combines hands‑on content creation, community management, and high‑level influencer relationship development to elevate our brand in the LATAM market.Key Responsibilities :Social Media Management (70%)Platform ManagementDevelop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Discord, and TwitchCreate, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform's unique audience and best practicesMonitor, respond to, and engage with community members across all channels in a timely and authentic mannerAnalyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendationsStay current with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and new featuresContent CreationRecord and edit short‑form videos and interviews during offline events, conferences, and meetupsCapture behind‑the‑scenes content that humanizes the brand and showcases company cultureDevelop compelling copy in Spanish that resonates with our target audienceCoordinate with design team for graphics, animations, and other visual assetsMaintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platformsCommunity BuildingFoster and grow engaged communities on Discord and TwitchModerate discussions and ensure positive, inclusive community environmentsIdentify and amplify user‑generated content and success storiesPlan and execute community engagement campaigns and initiativesInfluencer Partnership Development (30%)Strategic OutreachResearch and identify relevant trading industry influencers, content creators, and thought leaders in the LATAM marketDevelop and maintain a database of potential influencer partners with audience analysis and engagement metricsProactively prospect and initiate contact with influencers aligned with brand values and target demographicsRelationship ManagementBuild and nurture long‑term relationships with influencers and their management teamsNegotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and compensation structuresCoordinate collaboration campaigns from concept through executionTrack and measure ROI of influencer partnershipsCampaign ExecutionBrief influencers on brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and key messagesOversee content approval processes and ensure brand alignmentManage contracts, payments, and legal requirements for influencer collaborationsRequirements :Experience : 3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Experience with trading, finance, or fintech brokers is highly desired.Language & Market : Mandatory bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal), coupled with strong cultural awareness for the LATAM markets.Portfolio : Mandatory submission showcasing successful, results‑driven social media campaigns.Work Style : Ability to thrive and work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.Full‑Spectrum Platform Expertise : Deep understanding of best practices across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Discord, and Twitch.Community Management : Proven experience building, managing, and moderating communities (especially on Discord and / or Twitch).Content Production : Demonstrated skills in video recording and basic editing (mobile / camera, using tools like CapCut / Premiere) and proficiency with basic graphic design (Canva).Analytics & Paid Media : Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite / Buffer / Sprout Social) and a strong understanding of analytics and paid social advertising (Google Analytics, native platform insights).Influencer Relations : Strong negotiation, relationship‑building skills, and experience managing content creators / influencers (existing network a plus).Organization : Strong organizational and project management skills.Join our globally expanding company and grow with us as we continue to build a future of success, united by our core belief : In Trust We Succeed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
