We are committed to maintaining a work culture that enhances collaboration, provides robust development tools, offers training programs, and allows for direct access to senior and executive management.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team. looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will own end-to-end recruiting across technical and business roles in LATAM and partner globally. You'll coach hiring managers, drive sourcing strategy, and use data to continuously improve the funnel. This role combines strategic impact (process, branding, analytics) with hands-on execution (sourcing, interviewing, closing) to deliver a diverse, high-quality pipeline.Own full-cycle recruiting for priority/hard-to-fill roles (engineering, product, finance) across Mexico and global teams.Build diverse pipelines: engage universities, communities, and professional/DEI networks; Employer brand (LATAM): create localized content (posts, spotlights, events) aligned to the global employer brand.Offer strategy & close: align to salary bands, partner with HR/Comp, manage expectations, negotiate offers, and close top talent.Process & ATS excellence: maintain impeccable ATS hygiene (e.g., Vendor/agency management: evaluate partners, negotiate terms, track performance; Compliance & privacy: follow Mexico labor norms and data privacy (e.g., Project leadership: lead at least one TA project per quarter (e.g., interview training, referral relaunch, sourcing playbooks, dashboarding).Proven senior-level stakeholder management (Director/VP), with ability to influence profile/comp decisions using data.~ Bilingual fluency: Spanish and English fluent (written and spoken).~ Hands-on ATS/CRM experience (Workday or similar) and reporting/analytics (Excel/Sheets; Ability to manage multiple requisitions/projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Hybrid in Querétaro; occasional travel for events, onsite interviews, or regional meetingsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, age, race, color, creed, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, military service, genetic information, or any other characteristic or conduct protected by law.
