**Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist****Join Our Team as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist****Location**: Lomas de Tecamachalco, Naucalpan, EdoMex**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM**Salary**: $30,000 MXN/month + legal benefits**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: demand planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies- Ensure compliance with HR standards, policies, and employment laws**Ideal Profile**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience- Advanced skills in social media and internet sourcing- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities- Proficient in MS Office and time management- Solid understanding of HR and employment regulationsIf you're a results-driven recruiter ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from youTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Teléfono de la empresaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
