Act as an assistant in certain assigned activities, such as follow-up on the delivery of protective equipment, coordination of package shipments, tracking payments and internal processes. Responsibilities Reception Handle information requests from external personnel. Attend to service requests made by company users. Operate the switchboard and manage phone calls. Follow up security, civil protection, and fire safety protocols as the first contact in case of emergency. Coordinate package reception and shipment services. Support the physical reception process of purchased goods and services. Administrative Support the reception process of purchased goods and services with the company tools (SAP, My-Buy). Act as lead for processes and use of the My-Buy tool. Follow up on invoice review and payment processes, as well as HCP payments. Monitor the assignment and control of dosimeters. Supervise the leased vehicle fleet, verifying maintenance, follow up on the vehicles emissions inspection process and invoice payments. Ensure compliance with current company policies. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP. Fluent English for business conversations. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant and/or receptionist. Knowledge and experience in civil protection regulations. Preferably experience as an accounting analyst. Skills: Teamwork. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Excellent administration and organization. Effective communication. Interpersonal relations. Proactive attitude. High ethical standards and honesty.
