Technical SEO Writer

Overview We’re looking for a Technical SEO Writer who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, search-driven content for a developer-first platform. This role sits at the intersection of SEO, technical writing, and product education. You will write content that developers actually trust while ensuring it performs well in organic search. You will work closely with SEO, product, and engineering stakeholders to create and refine content that supports discovery, onboarding, and long-term adoption. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands APIs, technical workflows, and how developers search for answers. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you’re most productive Work on a developer-first product with real technical depth High ownership over technical content and organic growth impact What You’ll Work On Technical SEO Content Creation Write long-form technical blog posts, guides, and documentation-style content Translate APIs, workflows, and infrastructure concepts into clear, structured explanations Produce content that balances developer accuracy with search intent and readability Create pages that answer real technical questions developers are searching for Collaborate with SEO stakeholders on keyword research and topic prioritization Map content to different stages of developer intent and product adoption Optimize content structure including headings, internal linking, and schema where relevant Refresh and expand existing content to improve rankings and usefulness Developer Education and Product Content Support product education through tutorials, explainers, and implementation guides Write content that helps developers understand how and when to use specific features Ensure content aligns with product capabilities and technical reality Performance and Iteration Monitor organic performance and iterate on content based on rankings and engagement Identify gaps, outdated content, and opportunities across the content library Document learnings and contribute to scalable content standards What You Bring 3 to 6+ years of experience in SEO writing, technical writing, or developer content Strong ability to write clearly about APIs, systems, and technical workflows Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals including on-page optimization and search intent Experience working with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console Comfort collaborating with engineers, product managers, and technical teams Strong written English with attention to clarity, structure, and accuracy Nice to Have Background writing for developer tools, SaaS platforms, or infrastructure products Experience with documentation, API references, or technical onboarding content Familiarity with payments, fintech, or compliance-related concepts Comfort using AI tools to support research, outlining, or editing How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume 2 to 3 writing samples or links to technical or SEO-focused content A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and explaining how you approach technical SEO writing Only candidates who submit writing samples and a Loom video will be considered.
