Delivery and Logistics Officer (Cellphone Industry) Job Summary The Delivery and Logistics Officer is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of cellphones and related accessories to retail stores, distributors, and customers. This role ensures proper handling of high-value electronic products, inventory accuracy, and coordination with warehouses, sales teams, and transport partners. Key Responsibilities • Deliver cellphones, accessories, and related products to assigned locations on schedule • Load, unload, and handle products carefully to prevent damage or loss • Verify delivery documents, invoices, and customer signatures • Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records • Coordinate with warehouse staff for order preparation and dispatch • Ensure compliance with company security and handling procedures for electronic devices • Report delivery issues, delays, or damaged items promptly • Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of delivery vehicles (if applicable)• Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations Requirements and Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred • Knowledge of local routes and delivery areas • Ability to handle fragile and high-value products responsibly • Good communication and customer service skills • Basic record-keeping and documentation skills • Valid driver's license (for driver roles)• Physically fit to lift and move packages Skills and Competencies • Time management and punctuality • Attention to detail • Honesty and reliability • Problem-solving skills • Teamwork and coordination
