Manages safety stock, excess inventory, and material planning decisions. 🔷 Operational Coordination and Order Fulfillment: Coordinates with Operation and internal teams to align material supply with production schedules Monitors order confirmations, delivery accuracy, and supplier performance Follows up on discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment 🔷 Cross-Functional Collaboration and Reporting Collaborates with Operations to align production scheduling Follows up with suppliers to ensure material availability Maintains an electronic inventory database Reports on inventory PPV, excess inventory, and safety stock Requirements: Basic understanding of electronic manufacturing procedures 3 years’ work experience in procurement / electronics or automotive background Bachelor's Degree in related area (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to compile information and make decisions Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and has a competitive spirit Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MRP/ERP Systems Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 lbs. at a time
