Position Overview This role is a full‑time, experienced hire focused on data mapping and system conversion for FIS clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for client implementation, guiding them through data analysis, conversion testing, and training on new systems. Key Responsibilities Conduct data analysis, product mapping, and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization. Create data maps and transaction workflow documents that show how each field must be converted. Perform tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer-specific needs. Coordinate and conduct readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly. Train customers on new systems and procedures. Translate client requirements into technical specifications and explain concepts to customer groups. Qualifications Ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and documentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
