Role Purpose The ServiceNow ITSM Developer will bring deep technical expertise to lead the development, configuration, and design of ServiceNow modules, with a strong focus on ITSM and CSM. The role also includes ownership of architectural planning and day-to-day operations of platform components (e.g., databases, middleware, and backups), ensuring robust performance, scalability, and reliability. Responsibilities Implement and maintain modules within ITSM, CMDB, and/or ITOM. Ensure platform scalability and performance through strategic planning, capacity management, and performance tuning. Manage and maintain platform components such as databases, middleware, and backup systems. Lead or support ServiceNow platform upgrades, migrations, installations, and enhancements. Drive scripting and integrations aligned with best practices and security standards. Leverage platform features to support automation and process improvements. Ensure high data quality by working closely with Configuration Item (CI) data owners. Qualifications Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and integrations. Expertise in ITSM and proficiency in either CMDB or ITOM. Mandatory experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) within the ITSM framework. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
