Latin AmericaWhat you’ll doWe\'re looking for a Credit Acquisition Expert to help shape Clara’s credit strategy as we continue to scale across Latin America. This role is critical to the development and execution of policies that drive responsible growth in our credit portfolio.As part of our Risk team, you\'ll lead initiatives that balance financial performance with risk mitigation. You\'ll design and optimize our credit acquisition policies using advanced analytics, partner closely with data science, product, and go-to-market teams, and play a pivotal role in how we assess and manage credit risk.Who you areWe’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
